Description
Our beautiful home is the perfect place to begin your vacation memories and traditions. We have a 2450 square foot multi-level home with magnificent views over the Tahoe Donner cross country ski area and on towards Donner Summit.
On the 1st level is a fully equipped kitchen that opens up into the Great Room which has a wood burning stove and beautiful views of Hawk’s Peak and beyond. A brand new dining room with a broad table that seats 10 is off the kitchen. It is highlighted by a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace with gas burning insert. A flick of a switch and you have instant warmth and charm! There is also a newly remodeled powder room off the hall with beautiful granite tile and rustic Tahoe accents. Adjacent to the bathroom is a guest bedroom which holds a queen bed.
The 2nd level has 3 rooms and a small loft (housing the train table and a slew of tracks and trains). The Second Bedroom is the Master Suite with a wall of windows to enjoy the awesome views. It has a walk-in-closet, large bathroom with two sinks, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. A king size bed as well as a smaller daybed are positioned to take full advantage of the views. The Third Bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. This is the kids room with a TV and VCR hidden in the closet. Just outside in the hall is a bathroom with full tub. The last room on this floor is the brand new Media Room with a 50 inch Plasma TV. For your entertainment there are plenty of DVD/VHS movies for the whole family. We also have toys, games, and books for the little ones! This room also holds a full futon that can be opened for extra sleeping space.
